Of Webb Crescent, Dawley, passed away suddenly in hospital on May 11, 2014, aged 55 years.

Dearly loved Partner of Diane and a much loved Stepdad of Pauline, Leon, Aaron, Charles, Neil and Marie and a loving Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, May 30, 2014, at 2pm.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please to be divided between The County Air Ambulance Fund and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose acollection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
