Peacefully on April 23, 2014, aged 47 years.
Will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Sharon and all of his Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service will take place today, Thursday, May 1, 11am, at St Mary's Church, Moreton.
Family flowers only and donations will be divided between The Macmillan Nurses, Katharine House Hospice and Cancer Research.
