Peacefully passed away on April 10, 2014, at the Severn Hospice, aged 45 years.

Much loved Partner to Pete, Mum, Daughter, Sister, Auntie and Nan.

Sadly missed by all Friends and Family.

Funeral Service at the Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, April 23, at 11am, followed by Interment at Emstrey Cemetery.

By request a splash of pink to be worn.
