Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on Sunday, April 6, 2014, aged 68 years.

Beloved Husband of Dawn, much loved Father of Julian, Ian and Adrian, Father-in-law of Sarah and Lauraand a dearly loved Grandfather of Ryan, Jordan, Freya and Jack.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Wednesday, April 23, at St Michael and All Angels Church, Lilleshall, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired forMacmillan Nurses, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in the Church.
