Passed away at the Severn Hospice, on April 5, 2014, aged 51 years.
She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
A Service of Celebration will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, atTelford Crematorium, at 11am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be divided between the Severn Hospice and Cats Protection.
