Of Walton Road, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at home on August 18, 2011, surrounded by his loving Family, aged 86 years. A devoted Husband to Gwen and a much loved Dad to Jennifer, Sandra, Michael and Kevin, Father-in-law to Chris, Russell, Alison and Andrea, a treasured Grandad and Great-Grandad, a loving Brother to Ron, the late Nora and Muriel.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium,Shrewsbu ry, on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
