Of Telford, Shropshire, passed away peacefully in hospital on March 17, 2014, aged 75 years.
Much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Great-Grandad, Brother and Brother-in-law.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, onThursday, April, 3, at 12 noon.
Black dress optional.
Immediate Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please to be divided between Cancer Research UK and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
