Of Mentone Crescent, Edgmond, passed away suddenly at home on March 16, 2014, aged 45 years.

Devoted Son of Sylvia and the late Raymond.

Sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service and Interment to be held at St. Peter's Church, Edgmond, on Wednesday, April 2, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between St. Peter's Church and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
