Beloved Dad of Lorraine, Garry and Lauren. Dear Partner of Lola and a loving Grandad.

He will be missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11.30am, on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at St. Leonard's Church, Woore, followed by Cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Ward 201-202 North Staffs Cancer Centre, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
