Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, July 5, 2011, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Jim, loving Mother of Andrew and Nigel and Mother-in-law, loving Grandma and Great-Grandma,dearly loved Sister.

Will be missed by all her Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service on Friday, July 22, at Telford Crematorium, 1.45pm.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations in lieu of flowers for the Severn Hospice would be appreciated for which purpose a collecting box will be provided at the Crematorium.

By Pam's request no formal Funeral attire, bright and casuals please.
