Henry Joseph

(Jack)

The Funeral has taken place of Henry Joseph Jones, (Jack), who lived at Viscount Bridgeman Court, Oswestry and died at High Lea House Care Home, Oswestry, on April 29, 2011, aged 89 years. He leaves one Cousin Mrs Phylis Jones.

Jack retired to Viscount Bridgeman Court, 22 years ago on the death of his Mother. Invalided from the RAF during the war, where he served as a fitter, he had various engineering jobs locally.

The Funeral Service at St Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry was conducted by Mr Bill Bowen. Burial was at Oswestry Cemetery.

Family Mourners were Phylis Jones Cousin, second Cousins Pam Mays, Sue Furber, also representing Dave, Paul and Dawn and Val Smout, also representing Eric, Claire and Steve and babyCharlie.

Other Mourners were Alan and Jean Parsons, Neighbours from Viscount Bridgeman Court, Friends from the Church, representative from High Lea House, also Mike Thomas, his last employer from the 'Tizer', as well as many Friends, too numerous to mention.

Flowers were sent by his Cousin and Relatives, Alan and Jean Parson and Friends at Viscount Bridgeman Court.

Thanks also for donations to St Oswald's Parish Church.
