Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital, on April 17, 2011, aged 73 years. A loving Wife, Mom, Nanny, Granny Theresa and a loving Sister.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, April 26, at SS Peter and Paul's RC Church, Newport, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations, which are to be divided between The Macmillan Nurses Fund and SS Peter and Paul's Church would be appreciated.
