A much loved Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium Chapel, on Monday, January 24, 2011, at 12.30pm.

No flowers by request but donations if so desired to be divided between R.A.F.A and The Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Chapel.
