Formerly of Withington Close, Oakengates, Telford, passed away after a long illness, at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, on July 4, 2010, Husband of Jean, Dad of Ann, Son of Ken and the late Connie, Brother of Janet, Mary, Margaret and Fred and dear Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Friday, July 23, at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress optional.
