Of Chockleys Drive, Leegomery, Telford and formerly of Charlton Village, Wellington, passed away peacefully at home on July 3, 2010, aged 59 years.

He will be deeply missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 4.15pm, on Friday, July 16, at Telford Crematorium.

No black to be worn please.
