Passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Stoke on Trent on January 26, 2014, aged 72 years.

A dearly loved Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St Andrew's Church, Shifnal on Monday, February 10, 2014, at 12.30pm, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
