Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on August 6, 2016, aged 60 years.

A devoted Wife to Dave and a much loved Mum to Martin, Mother-in-law to Sophie, a loving Daughter and Sister.

Diane will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, August 22, 2016, at 3.30pm.

Bright colours to be worn please at Diane's request.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
