on Saturday 21st August, 2010
Will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
The Funeral service will take place at the
Redditch Crematorium on
Friday 3rd September 2010 at 11.00am.
The family would prefer no black to be
worn at the funeral.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to
the West Midlands Air Ambulance and the League
of Friends at the Alexandra Hospital may be sent
