Beloved Mom and Stepmom of Laura, Karina, Alexander, Gemma and Paula and a special Nanny of Mason and Lily.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Thursday, December 12, at Telford Crematorium.

Black clothing optional.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between The C C U at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
