Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on November 5, 2013, aged 78 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday,November 19, 2013, at 11am.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
