Died peacefully at his home on September 12, 2013, following a long and debilitating illness at the age of 64.
The Funeral Service will be at Emstrey Crematorium on Tuesday, September 24, at 4pm.No flowers by request but if desired donations can be made to The British Lung Foundation.
