Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2013, aged 55 years.

Beloved Son of Jean and the late Alan. Adored Father of Edward and cherished Brother of Richard and Beverly.

Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Cremation to take place at Hereford Crematorium on Monday, September 16, at 12noon, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Giles Church, Ludford, at 2.00pm.

Family flowers only please with kind donations received in Simon's memory beinggiven to The Vulcan to the Sky Trust.
