Aged 55 years, of Apley, Telford, though a 'Hadley Lad' at heart, passed away at the Severn Hospice on May 31, 2013, with Family and Friends around him.
Devoted Husband of Linda, inspirational Father to Vicky, Chris and Lizzie, proud Grandfather, irreplaceable Brother and cherished Friend.
Fought a brave and dignified battle to the end.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, June 19, at 1.45pm.
Immediate Family flowers only please.
