Funeral Service, 3pm, on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at St. Mary's Church, Market Drayton, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
