Mary, Chris, Karen and Family would like to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness, support and messages of sympathy received following their very sad loss of John.To everyone who attended the Funeral Service and for the kind donations received of œ545 for Worthen Medical Practice.

Special thanks to the District Nurses, Immediate Care Team, Doctor McCormack and everyone who helped care for John at home in his lastfew days.

Thanks also to Sister Chrissie Bloom who has been a huge support and who always brought a smile to Johns face.

Finally a huge thanks to the Reverend Joan Rowe, for all her support and for the wonderful Funeral Service and to Funeral Director Eddie Francis and his Son Glyn, for their understanding, care and professionalism throughout.
