ROBERTSON Peacefully, at Strathmore Hospice, Forfar, after a long and courageous battle, on Saturday, April 22, 2023, Gordon Edward, aged 79 years, dearly beloved husband of Irene (nee Leslie), much loved father of Wendy and Tracy, loving brother of William, Elizabeth, Henry, Ann and the late Alexander (Eck), Robert and Gladys, adored grandfather of Claire, her husband Garry and Ryan, great- grandfather to Noah and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service will be held at Strathmore Funeral Directors service room, Roberts Street, Forfar, on Thursday, May 4, at 12.30 p.m., followed by a committal at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations, if desired, can be made in lieu, to cancer research.
