Of Stafford.

Passed away peacefully at North Staffs Hospital, on January 2, 2013, aged 69 years.

If tears could mend a broken heart, like time can heal the pain, I'd cry these tears forever to have you back again.

Much loved Husband to Sandra, Father to Lee, Brother to Keith and Stepdad to Gary and Lisa.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, January 25, at 9.30am, at Holy Trinity Church, Baswich, followed by Committal at Stafford Crematorium.

Donations in lieu if desired for MASE Group may be addressed to Mrs Clark.
