Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on April 6, 2021, aged 80 years.
Beloved Husband to Muriel, loving Dad to the late Jayne and very much loved Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.
Chris will be dearly missed by his many Friends
A Private Funeral Service will take place due to the current restrictions.
Donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford can be given directly to the Funeral Director.
