The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations, if desired, will be gratefully accepted for Dementia UK for which a box will be provided.

A much loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother who will be deeply missed by all of her devoted Family and Friends. X X X
