Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on April 16, 2019, aged 78 years.

Much loved Husband of the late Jean, Dad to Philip, Diana, Trevona and the late Andrew, Susan and Jane, Father-in-law to Amanda, Shaun and Stuart, Grandad to Darren, Claire, Paula, Dale, Katrina, Carly, Mariesha and all his Great-Grandchildren.

Derek will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, May 3, 2019, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please.
