Loving Mother of the late Mark and a dear Mother-in-law of Jeanette.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, November 12, 2012, at 2.00 pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Severn Hospice, Telford for which purpose a collection box will be provided in the Crematorium.
