Malvena Of Hollybirch Grove, St Georges, Telford.
Passed away peacefully in The Princess Royal Hospital, on October 31, 2018, aged 57 years.
Beloved Wife of Peter.
Devoted Mom to Charlene and Emma and a much loved Nana to Eliza and Skye.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, November 22, 2018, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired for MIND, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
