(Trish) Passed away peacefully at home on August 30, 2018, aged 71 years.

Trish will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

A loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, September 11, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only by request, any donations given in memory will be for Lingen Davies and Macmillan Nurses, for which a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium
