Passed away at Coventry Hospital, on October 4, 2012, aged 63 years.
Father of David, Shelley and Kevin, beloved Son of Anna-Margot and Brother of Martyn and Rick.
Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 1pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to The Fire Fighters Charity.
