BRADLEY

John Edward Grandpa, I am sorry I couldn't be with you. Grandparents should be cherished and made the most of because although I think they are invincible and will be here forever, they sadly aren't. Through this difficult time I look back at all the memories over the years and realised that we did make the most of it and our childhood was the best because you and Granny were in it. As Children me and Chris were always desperate to come visit, going to the farm was such an adventure, playing snooker in the attic, seeing Timmy the Tortoise, going to pick mushrooms or just coming over for a sleep over and this is just to name a few. Most of all helping out with lambing was our favourite time of year, Grandpa being in the shed checking the Ewes, seeing lambs being born, feeding the orphans and this is what sparked my interest in becoming a Vet, until that is, I realised I didn't like blood. Me and Chris would take the lambs out to the fields with Bill and Jess where we would meet Granny, keeping a track of things. Those were the best days. I like to think that Funerals aren't the final goodbye because loved ones are always with you. Grandpa you will always be in our thoughts and forever in our hearts. All my love. Becki.
