(Kath) Eric, Mandy and Family would like to thank most sincerely all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness, support and lovely messages of sympathy that they received on the sad loss of Kath. Thank you to everyone who attended the Funeral and the kind donations that amounted to £725, to be shared between The Swan Fund at The Princess Royal Hospital and St. Mary's Church, Madeley. Special thanks to Father Michael for the compassionate Service he conducted, all the Staff on Ward 4, at The Princess Royal Hospital, especially Teresa Harris and Nakita for their words of comfort and support, also thank you to C.J. Williams Funeral Service for their kindness and professionalism.
