Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on May 13, 2018, aged 78 years.

Beloved Husband of Yvonne, much loved Dad to Colin and his Partner Lyndsey.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at The Church of the Holy Spirit, Harlescott on Friday, May 25, 2018, at 12 noon, followed by a private Family Interment.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to theSevern Hospice, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in the Church.
