Passed away suddenly on February 11, 2018, aged 68 years.
Retired from Thomas Cook Holidays, Merry Hill branch, Pat will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Tuesday, March 20, at 2.10pm.
