Passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at New Cross Hospital, aged 78 years.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, at 2pm, St Michael and All Angels Church, Lower Green, Tettenhall, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3pm.

Family flowers only.
