Jack, aged 79 years, formerly of Blakemere Close, Whitchurch.

Beloved Husband of the late Olwen, dear Dad of Michael, Gill, Julie, Maxine, Lin and the late Les and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service at St. Alkmund's Parish Church, Whitchurch, on Tuesday, November 21, at 11am, followed by Interment at Whitchurch Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.
