Jack's Family would like to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their sympathy, support and kindness at this sad time and for attendance at the Funeral. Also for the many donations, which amounted to œ1,125, which will be divided between The Wales Air Ambulance, The British Heart Foundation, Cancer Support and Llanbister Church.

Special thanks to Reverend Leigh Spicer for a lovely Service of celebration of Jack's life, to Olwen for her well chosen poems, Janet for providing the organ music, Lakeside Catering for the refreshments, ladies for flowers in Llanbister Church, Gwyn and Alan for recording names, James, Carl and Will for handing out Service sheets and to Elwyn and Valerie ofR D Mills, Funeral Directors.
