Funeral Service to held at St. Georges Parish Church on Tuesday, August 22 at 11am. Followed by a Committal Service at Telford Crematorium at 12 noon.

White and yellow floral tributes please or donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will provided in Church.
