Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 29, 2017, aged 56 years.
A dearly loved Mother, Nan and Great-Nan, Daughter and Sister, who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Thursday, August 17, at Telford Crematorium.
Please wear a splash of colour.
Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for Diabetes UK would be appreciated.
