CORSIE (Urquhart)Peacefully, after a short stay at Abbeyvale Nursing Home, Elgin, on Thursday, August, 3, 2017, Eddie, aged 76 years, (former headmaster at Mosstodloch Primary and long time member of Buckie Cricket Club), beloved husband of Kay for all but 50 years, much loved dad of Beverley and Johnny and good friend to many. Eddie's funeral service to which all are welcome will be held at 11am on Friday, August, 11 in St. Andrew's, Lhanbryd and Urquhart Parish Church. No flowers please, donations to local charities at the church door if desired.

Only two days ago, not knowing he had passed on, I recounted to a friend how my Uncle Eddie had accompanied me to scatter my fathers ashes at Lossiemouth, his brother David .Eddie recounted a poem about the pearly gates opening and the inmates being surprised at who was entering and was incredibly comforting . Eddie will have a warm welcome to heaven and I will never forget his kind words . Caroline Corsie
