Beloved Husband of Claire.

Loving Son of Barry and Wendy and Brother to Paul.

Chris will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, August 8, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Critical Care Unit at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
