Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, TF2 9NJ, on Tuesday, July 11, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request.Donations if desired would be appreciated for Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
