Passed away peacefully at his home in Market Drayton on June 26, 2017, aged 54 years.

Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle.

He will be missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Family request a splash of colour is to be worn.

Funeral Service 2pm, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Christ Church, Little Drayton followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between the Shropshire Blood Trust and Ward 23 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at Church.
