Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on June 4, 2017, aged 78 years.

A devoted Dad, Grandad and much loved Partner, he will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 10am, Friday, June 23, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
