Sadly passed away on April 26, 2017, aged 47 years, of Stourbridge, formerly of Market Drayton.

A much loved Son of Stuart and the late Gill, Brother of Miranda and a devoted Dad of Sienna.

He will be missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1pm, on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Telford Crematorium, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at 2.30pm, at St. Mary's Church, Market Drayton.

Black optional.

Stoke City football shirts welcome.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Target Ovarian Cancer and The Dogs Trust, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided.
