Passed away peacefully after a long illness on January 18, 2017, aged 78 years.

Much loved Husband to Audrey, Father to Jacqueline, Michelle, Evette and Stepfather to Michele.

Who will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Monday, February 6, 2017, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donationswhich will be divided between Alzheimer's UK and Parkinson's UK would be appreciated.
